Scientific Research, Public Outreach, and Education

MISSION

We are a group of concerned marine biologists, engineers, artists, fishermen, and other local citizens, who love the unique and special environment of Chiloé and Chilean Patagonia, and who want to preserve it for future generations. We seek to reduce anthropogenic impacts on marine life and their ecosystems, with a particular focus on the salmon farming industry.  To fulfill this goal we use scientific research, public outreach, and education to reach a variety of audiences.
